Tim Thompson, a self-employed entrepreneur and senior partner in Corporate Coverage, LLC. Tim uses his experience and knowledge to design and implement cost effective health insurance and retirement plans for all size companies. Tim brings a wealth of understanding and focus to the organization. Tim also works on a variety of projects designed to promote and provide affinity program opportunities for local and national associations. Tim has been instrumental in the growth and development of Corporate Coverage.

Tim is a 1976 graduate of Towson University where he received his BA in International Studies. After Towson Tim went on to earn two post graduate designations from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. Tim is licensed in Maryland as an Insurance Broker, a Real Estate agent and as a Registered Representative with the NASD.

David K Wells

Mr. Wells has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 18 years, having been licensed to sell real estate since 1988. Mr. Wells worked for a Wall Street financial services company for 17 years in their real estate division. During that time Mr. Wells performed market and financial analysis for property owners and developers, raised debt and equity for real estate ventures and provided real estate brokerage services to corporate clients.

Mr. Wells founded Kennady Realty, LLC to utilize his financial and technical knowledge of the real estate market to help clients buy, sell or structure their real estate assets to maximize financial objectives. Clients range from small individuals investors with one building to Fortune 500 companies.
